As part of the Change Academy project, we have chosen to facilitate a range of interventions around Change Management. With the aim to equip our managers with the relevant skills to advance their effective leadership styles, adopting practices to manage and coach their employees undergoing change. Essentially the council would like the successful provider to be able to deliver a range of interventions, with a blended approach to learning. It is crucial for the Change Academy project to have a Change Management qualification delivered at foundation level.
