## Notice

The Council's current managed WAN services are provided through a contract which expires on 31st July 2018, the current operating expenditure for this contract is approximately 450,000. The Council's Internet connection and Public Services Network (PSN) connection are provided as part of the same contract, LAN services are excluded from the scope of the contract and this procurement. The Contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years either annually or multi-year. Any options to extend the Contract upon expiry of the initial period will be in accordance with the Framework Terms and Conditions.
