## Notice

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking tenders for a delivery model to acquire 400 properties for affordable housing. The Council is ideally looking for a contract period of 40 years; however, the Council will consider other proposed options. Please note that the estimated contract value is based on the estimated discounted value of 400 properties in year 40.
