This project comprises of diversion of existing thoroughfare path; construction of two 'boardwalks' at the lake's edge; construction of paved interconnecting areas up and between the boardwalks; construction of a recreational path with resin bonded gravel finish around the perimeter of the lake; provision of ducts and draw wires alongside path for future lighting etc.; construction of a flood alleviation drainage scheme.
