## Notice

The price submitted would apply for the months of October and November 2018. This will be a competitive process with award going to the highest bidder. Bidders should note that it is the Councils intention to repeat this process predominantly on a bi-monthly basis. However in November bidders will be invited to bid for the paper collected in December, January and February. The Council then anticipates reverting to bi-monthly and so in February will be invited to bid for the paper collected in March and April and so on.
