## Notice

Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) to provide planned and reactive maintenance over the following works packages: buildings, electrical services and highways & civil engineering. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Restricted Route, comprising separate Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the placement of a Contract for each works package separately or, in the case of Lot 4, for all works packages in one Contract. If the Authority Awards an all inclusive contract (Lot 4) then Awards will not be made to Lots 1 - 3. Procontract Due North Reference: DN328061 Deadline for clarification questions is: Thursday 19th April 2018 Deadline for submission of completed Selection Questionnaires (SQ) relating to Lots 1 - 4 is 4pm Thursday 26th April 2018 All submissions must be submitted via the Procontract Due North http://procontract.due-north.com
