## Notice

Service works include the adaptions and extensions to mechanical and electrical services including replacement of distribution boards. Structural and civil works includes the adaptions of and connections to existing foul and surface water drainage and installations of localised support steelwork and lintels. The work is to be as indicated on the relevant designer's drawings and specifications to encompass all works within and beyond the site boundaries necessary to complete the Works.
