Section 1: Construction of a new two storey stand-alone Teaching Block and the Reception Classroom extension (2nr) and associated external works (excluding the car park). Section 2: Construction of the separate Dining Store and Library extensions to the existing school block and the refurbishment of the existing school block and associated external works + the formation of the car park. Procurement route: Open Target contract commencement: Start on Site: o Section 1 1st November 2021 o Section 2 5th July 2022 Note: - There will be a decant period between the completion of Section 1 and the commencement of Section 2 (between 28th June 2022 and 4th July 2022). Contractor to remain on site for this duration and relocate the site set-up as indicated on the Tender drawings.
