This framework will address external communal maintenance and painting for properties on the Cyclical Maintenance Programmes across the South West region of England. This will be a range of properties managed by Housing & Landlord Services. Lot 1 External & Communal Maintenance North (properties up to four storeys) Measured Rates Lot 2 External & Communal Maintenance South (properties up to four storeys) Measured Rates Lot 3 External & Communal Maintenance, Roofing Renewal/Repairs & Associated Miscellaneous Works (Mini -Comp up to four storeys) (PS16mil for combination of above) Lot 4 - External & Communal Maintenance (From four/five Storeys) up to PS1mil (mini-comp) (PS8m) Lot 5 - Major Refurbishment External Works - over PS1mil (mini- comp) (PS28m) The estimated value of the work for the four years is PS52m A Suppliers Open Day will be held on Wednesday 27 March 2019 at The City & Port of Bristol Social & Sports Club, Nibley Road, Bristol, BS11 9XW. There will be two sessions, which will include an introduction of the project, explain the type of work involved, the procurement process and opportunity for suppliers to as questions: Morning Session - Registration will commence at 10:00am for a 10:30am start. Afternoon Session - Registration will commence at 1:00pm for a 1:30pm start. Places will be strictly limited to two people per organisation.
