## Notice

South Gloucestershire Council has a statutory duty to maintain its highway. As a consequence it has responsibility for controlling the growth of grass and weeds through joints between kerbing and surfacing to reduce potential longer term damage to the highway asset. The service shall consist of two applications of an approved herbicide of a no-toxic, non-flammable and non-corrosive nature for the control of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds.
