## Notice

The contract period for this commission is 2 years, There is potential to extend either or both contracts for a further 12 months taking the total maximum length of the commission to 3 years. The cafe at East Ham is scheduled to be complete by June 2017, with a proposed opening date of between June and August 2017. The cafe at Canning Town is scheduled to be complete by July 2017 at the latest, with a proposed opening date of September 2017. Additional information: This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (url: www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.
