NTW Solutions Ltd. are looking to undertake a Phase 2 refurbishment of our Park Lane building in Workington, Cumbria. Park Lane is currently being used as an office space and consultation space, Due to a change in standards and the service occupying Park Lane it has been established that alterations to the existing layout are required and also a refurbishment to bring the building up to the current standards. The appointed contractor is to carry out minor refurbishments. This will compromise of: * Installation of all 1st fix & 2nd fix joinery * Providing and install on necessary structural work. * Installation of new partition walls and wall coverings * Installation of solid and suspended ceilings. * Uplifting and replacing current flooring. * Decoration of a walls and woodwork. * Installation of new electrical services * Installation of all mechanical services. * Installation of specialist services.
