## Summary

Birmingham City Council is initiating a Framework Agreement to provide Advocacy Services for adults, which is currently in the Award stage. This procurement process, classified under health and social work services, is based in Birmingham, West Midlands (B4 7WB). The contract period is set to commence on 1st April 2019 and will last until 31st March 2021, with an option to extend for an additional two years based on performance. The deadline for submitting tender documentation was 20th November 2018, and the procurement method employed is an open procedure.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in social and health services, particularly those focused on advocacy, community support, and related sectors. Engaging with this framework could lead to enhanced service provision to a wider demographic in Birmingham, thereby allowing for business expansion and the development of valuable community relationships.
