The new roofing is to be covered by a 25 to 30 year guarantee. * Option 2: Overcoating the roof with a resin based liquid waterproofing system using a quality assured contractor, ensuring all panels, ridges, valleys, hips, and junctions are fully overcoated and sealed and reinforced where necessary, including all scaffolding, access equipment, welfare and security arrangements and your own site management/supervisory costs.
