There are currently 66 children on roll and there is a waiting list. DCC wish to disinvest in the service and procure an independent provider to deliver the service. Devon County Council are offering the opportunity to transfer Tresillian Early Years to Private Voluntary or Independent sector. Tresillian Early Years is being offered with a long lease. The building will shortly be undergoing improvement works which are envisaged to be completed in time for the transfer. There is no contractual funding associated with the procurement.
