## Notice

The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works including design (RIBA plan of works Stages 4 up to 7), structural remodelling to provide 7 flats, electrical, plumbing and heating, windows and doors, roof repairs, alarms and security, Utilities and external works. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
