Bidders can submit a bid under Lot 1 for Contract 1 or Contract 2 or Both. LOT 2- Specialist Transport services (Minibus & Taxi) A bidder may submit as many bids for routes within Lot 2, as they wish. There are no restrictions. Please specify the price per day for operation. LOT 3 - Pence per mile Taxis Bids for this Lot will be used to establish a Framework for identifying potential suppliers of: * short notice requirements * short term route requirements * emergency transport services The Council will offer these requirements to suppliers in turn according to their pence per mile rate on a ranked basis.
