## Notice

North Yorkshire County Council acting on behalf of the Regional Local Authority Adoption Agencies and local authorities wishes to appoint the Provider as a provider of Inter Country Adoption Services in the Territory on its behalf and the Service Provider will provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The provider will provide advice and information regarding Inter Country Adoption.
