## Notice

The Trust is currently engaged in a project to replace their current Outpatient facility at Haywood Hospital with a new two-storey facility. The demolition of the existing building is currently being undertaken by the Trust as an enabling contract. This project is for the construction of a replacement two-storey Outpatient facility which will link back to the existing PFI building on the site. To this end the following documents are available/to be made available to allow a contractor to submit a tender. The envisaged programme of works is a start on site on or about the 3rd January 2024 with a completion by 28th March 2025.
