Northampton NN3 6BJ If you would like to attend the event, please email your completed copy of the Event Registration Form (attached to this notice) to Rosalind Carter at Rosalind.carter1@nhs.net by no later than Thursday 7th September 2017. Please note that attendees are limited to two per organisation due to limitations of the venue.
