The pitch is offered with a 3 year licence and associated concession contract. The licence will not include an automatic right to renew. Offers must be for an ice cream concession offer only. The Council is seeking offers of a rental income in the region of PS4,500 per annum. Agreed rental income will be reviewed every 12 months in line with RPI.
