It is funded through the European Regional Development Fund, Cumbria LEP, Barrow Borough Council and ArtGene (a Local Charity) Activities are under 6 different themes a. Zero Carbon Piel Island b. Electric Vehicles and Charge Points c. Public Buildings d. Public Housing e. Grants (primarily to enterprises) f. BugOut - a demonstration vehicle for sustainable activities A seventh workstream is overall programme management
