## Notice

Ofcom has a statutory duty to promote media literacy under Section 11 of the Communication Act 2003. It will enable us to better understand what good media literacy is amongst the 8-12 year-olds age group, and to shift the conversation around media literacy from prevention of harms to include what it means to flourish online.
