This contract is for grass cutting and general maintenance of the West Dean Parish Council, Gloucestershire estate, either owned or managed by the parish council. The Parish Council is responsible for a small number of closed churchyards, play areas and open spaces which require grass cutting, There is also the need to provide the following maintenance services, the cleaning and general care of bus shelters, litter bin emptying, and monitoring and replenishment of salt in the Parish Council owned grit bins. All potential suppliers of these services must submit the completed Form of Tender with all supporting documentation including insurance certificates, safe systems of work/method statements, financial documents and details of referees.
