Brief Description of Requirement UK Research and Innovation are looking to establish a Contract for the Design & Build (Enabling Works) for a New Facility at the Harwell Campus. The project is split into two phases which, subject to approval, may be run in series. Phase 1 - RIBA 0 to RIBA 2 incl. critical survey work Subject to approval: Phase 2 - RIBA 3 incl. planning application and enabling works Please note you will be required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement in the attachment section in order to be able to gain access to the documentation for this procurement.
