The scope of works includes roof removal, parapet wall, structural underpinning, installation of Air Source Heating solution, new kitchen and bathroom installation, electrical rewiring, rendering, tanking, drainage repairs, replacement of linings and new doors. There are also extensive structural alterations requiring temporary supports as well as facilitating works for new flooring and walling in the properties.
