## Notice

Gutter Cleaning of Princess of Wales Maternity Unit at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. There are high and low level gutters on the maternity block, some of which are in land locked areas. All gutters and downspouts shall be cleaned of trash, leaves or anything that may obstruct free passage of water through each gutter or downspout. The Contractor is responsible for any traffic/pedestrian management that may be associated with carrying out the works. Additional information: There is a provision for Suppliers to arrange a site visit during the tender publication period; this is mandatory requirement for the suppliers considering submitting ITT responses. You may register your interest or submit any queries that you have relating to this ITT.
