The works for this project consist of, but are not limited to: - Minor strip out works of temporary flooring and services - Adjustments to existing facade - Internal partitions and doors - Internal finishes - Fittings, furnishings and equipment - Mechanical & Electrical installations and upgrades Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
