ANY CANDIDATE FOUND TO BE GUILTY OF SERIOUS MISREPRESENTATION IN PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION REQUIRED, MAY BE DECLARED INELIGIBLE AND NOT SELECTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
