Lot 2: Includes Cisco hardware and NetApp storage arrays that are beyond the Cisco End of Support date but is still in use. It also contains our NetApp storage arrays which have a lower level of support requirement. For this Lot we require a hardware replacement service only. This opportunity is open to all suppliers under Lot 3d of the Crown Commercial Service's Technology Services 3 framework (RM6100).
