The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of five (5) years with a possible two (2) x twelve (12) months extensions. The Council's theatre Service has used the current model of tills since the 90s. Technology has progressed and the Council is looking to procure an innovative till system which will enable customers to be served quicker, support opportunities for up selling and support other opportunities for the Council to generate revenue, such as the provision of mobile handheld devices that allow customers to be served from their seats. The Council is currently refurbishing St George's Hall.
