The contract is to supply Noise Nuisance Recording instrumentation which are used for the purposes of nuisance complaint investigation to support the Council's duties / obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and must be of a specification to permit the Council to discharge this function. Noise nuisance is determined subjectively based on the following: o Time and date of the disturbance o Duration of disturbance o Nature / source of disturbance o Location of premises - (Belgravia v Bermondsey) o Volume of disturbance This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing upon award until 31 March 2021.
