## Summary

The NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit is initiating a procurement process titled "Early Engagement for NHS Southport & Formby CCG and NHS South Sefton CCG - Improving Access to Psychological Therapies." This project falls within the health and social work services industry category and is located in the North West of England. The estimated contract value is approximately £2,760,000 annually over a proposed five-year contract period.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in psychological therapy services, especially those equipped to deliver steps 2 and 3 of the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) model as defined by the IAPT Manual. Organisations of various sizes, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), are encouraged to consider their capability to meet the needs of the two Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Sefton. Providers submitting interest must demonstrate their readiness to engage in this area of healthcare, potentially enhancing their service offerings and client base while contributing to the well-being of the local population.
