Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust is a small charity that has recently taken on a 99 Lease for the premises and received funding from the Community Renewal Fund to undertake these works. The works include the following: * Repointing patches of brickwork. * Cutting out and piecing in damaged bricks. * Pointing up gaps to the coping stones. The attached plan shows the location and details the works. A Schedule of Works has been prepared and will be released to upto 6 parties who meet the quality criteria.
