## Notice

Lincolnshire County Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender for a Concessionaire to develop and operate a E-Bike Hire Scheme for the City of Lincoln, surrounding towns and villages, along commuter routes and surrounding areas. The Council seeks a Concessionaire to deliver a comprehensive, efficient, twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week scheme that targets all types of E-Bike hire users in our community. The Council has previously operated a Hire Bike Scheme in the LN6 postcode area, however the Council welcomes the opportunity to expand the hire bike network to areas where it has been previously unavailable. The Concessionaire shall operate the scheme as a Services Concession scheme. The Concessionaire shall own all E-Bikes and equipment infrastructure and be responsible for maintenance and repairs, and replacement if the equipment is beyond economical repair or is lost or stolen in accordance with the Contract. The Contract is for a duration of 5 years with one option to extend the Contract for a period of up to 36 months.
