Evidence produced by PMEL will inform decisions which lead to more effective delivery of programmes and other activity and at a higher level, feed into strategic decision making about the content and shape of the HMG Nigeria portfolio. PMEL will primarily be repurposing existing data and building confidence in results reported through the activities listed.
