This work is intended to reduce unplanned attendances and admissions and reduce both secondary care costs and activity. The CCG is seeking to run an information event to inform the development of the service and is seeking input from organisations with experience in the area of delivering diabetic services to: * Provide feedback on the emerging service specification. * To highlight issues and opportunities the CCG may have missed in the developing service specification. * To help the CCG to be as innovative as possible in shaping the ultimate service.
