## Notice

Cleaning of communal areas in low rise and high rise blocks of flats, sheltered housing, communal facilities on a caravan site and office touch down bases (specific details below). * Lot two - Corporate & Community Buildings. Cleaning to include offices, depots, libraries, community centres, museums, crematorium & registry office (specific details below). The tenderer can bid for one or both contracts. If bidding for both LOTS please complete both LOT 1 & LOT 2 bidder Quality Response document & Pricing Schedule The vision for the Council is to work in partnership with the successful contractor(s) to deliver a first rate successful, quality & economical cleaning service.
