The scope of works will generally include the demolition and removal of all materials from site of existing multi-storey car park and pedestrian link footbridge including design and provision of temporary works together with associated general site clearance to include removal of all street furniture and parking equipment, removal of trees and other soft landscaping, removal of hard landscaping surfaces, removal of foundations and below ground obstructions, disconnection, diversion and/or removal of existing services across the site.
