In addition, the Council would also like the appointed employer's agent to provide a full Clerk of Works (Technical Inspector) service for monitoring the works and providing quality control to ensure that development works are compliant with the design and specification and is in accordance with good construction works practice. The appointment will be made on the basis of works up to and including planning submission and then all associated services post planning submission to Practical Completion, subject to internal committee approval.
