## Notice

The funding awarded by BEIS would be used by up to three organisations in different areas over one and a half years to develop a sustainable model for driving retrofit in a local area, primarily amongst owner occupiers, in particular addressing the non-financial barriers to retrofit such as trust, hassle factor and lack of awareness.
