The contract period will be from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2021, with a possible extension for a further 12 months. The estimated total contract value (excluding mobilisation Costs) is PS1,630,754 to be split between the 3 regions. A Market Engagement Event is to take place on Monday 2nd July 2018 (1pm to 3pm) at West Mercia Police Headquarters, Hindlip Hall, Hindlip, Worcester, WR3 8SP. The deadline to register you interest via the Bravo e-tendering system is 12 noon on Thursday 28th June 2018. Additional information: If your organisation is interested in providing these Services as set out above and attending the market engagement event scheduled to take place on Monday 2nd July 2018 at West Mercia Police Headquarters, Hindlip Hall, Hindlip, Worcester, WR3 8SP , please see the following instructions below to confirm a place:- 1. Complete the questionnaire and request a place at the market engagement event. Bidders should submit their expression of interest to attend the market engagement event by no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 28th June 2018. Please note we are only able to accept up-to two attendees per organisation. This is purely a market engagement exercise.
