Specifically the Contract is for the provision of Services in accordance with the following core requirements: * Composting of garden waste collected at the kerbside to a BSI PAS 100 standard; * Composting of garden waste produced through Clean & Green (parks and grounds); operations to a BSI PAS 100 standard; * Ensure continuity of service and * Comply with all relevant Legislation. No haulage services are required as part of this Contract as the Council will deliver the garden waste directly to the Delivery Point and/or Facility.
