## Notice

External evaluation partners will be procured, in order to work in partnership with the national team and a nominated project lead for each pilot. Lot 1: Enhanced health and wellbeing in systems * Work with appointed systems to identify metrics, measurables, and current data available * Ongoing engagement with system leads throughout process * Interim national evaluation to be delivered in November 2021 * Final national evaluation to be delivered in March 2022 * Final individual system evaluations to be delivered in March 2022 Lot 2: Enhanced health and wellbeing primary care pilots * Work with appointed pilot leads to identify metrics, measurables, and current data available (including attendance at national event to agree metrics) * Ongoing engagement with pilot leads throughout process * Interim national evaluation to be delivered in November 2021 * Final national evaluation to be delivered in March 2022
