## Notice

The Regenda Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake disrepairs works following a successful claim from a tenant for the completion of the works/repairs within properties owned / managed by the Regenda Group. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of three years via annual extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of Regenda. The estimated contract value for disrepairs works is c.PS130,000 (exc VAT) per annum and approximately 70 disrepair claim jobs are completed per annum.
