Review and development of Magenta's Fire Safety Policy, Guidance & Management Plan (Need to include roles & responsibilities matrix identifying, the team responsible, the task and frequencies across the organisation) 7. Provide an outline Building Safety Strategy Document for Board to sign up to (We discussed that Savills have this in place which can be develop and mould around Magenta)
