The Council are decentralising a District Heating System and need a temporary provision until redevelopment proposals are approved and implemented. The packaged boiler plant is to be purchased outright. As supplier you are to design, manufacture, transport, site, install, set up, commission and maintain the plant and equipment to replace the current MTHW supplies currently provided from a District Heating System. Infrastructure work such as a suitable base, water, gas, electricity and supply pipework will already be provided by the Client team. The principle is essentially to "plug-and-play" the containerised plant and for it to be maintained by the supplier for two years.
