The ILSS Framework Provisions consist of patch based service provision and a supplementary approved provider list organised into multiple lots on the following basis: 8 geographic patches/Lots to provide care and support service for Adults with Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairment and / or Other Long Term Conditions 2 larger geographic patches/Lots to provide care and support service for Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and / or Mental Health Needs - North and South 1 further Lot - Approved Provider List, to provide care and support services for all Customer Groups identified in Lots 1 to 10.
