The people supported by this service will be people aged 18 plus who are experiencing homelessness. However, people under the age of 25 should be considered for the young person's pathway unless this pathway is more suitable in the first instance. The service will work in a trauma-informed way to help people using the service to identify the root cause of homelessness and identify barriers to move-on, producing an achievable plan of support.
