Site investigation works are required in order ascertain the development potential of the sites in question. Site information and location are included in the attachment accompanying this letter. It is anticipated that works will be start within 4 weeks of appointment, and be complete within 12 weeks. The value of the contract will be up to PS40,000 1. The Work SBC are looking for a suitable and experienced supplier to carry out site investigation works on several sites within Shoeburyness and the St Laurence Ward in Southend-On-Sea. Site Investigation: Quotation to include site investigation surveys and reports of both sites that encompass: * Geo-Technic, to assess the ground for its engineering qualities. * Geo -environmental, to consider contamination. * Gas and Groundwater monitoring (separate quote) - to be considered after results of intrusive investigations. Utilities: * Application to utility companies for provision of up to date asset records plans showing the location of existing mains and associated apparatus. This shall include the regional utility companies for water, gas, electric, telecom and cable and all known subsidiary utility companies for the presence of pipeline, communication/cable networks and base stations. * Additional Works: Where applicable provide separate quotation for anticipated additional works. Note, there are electrical sub-stations on some of the garage sites and depending on the location of the HV cable it is anticipated a Radar Survey may be required. Reports Three separate reports should be provided, splitting the sites into the phases below, note that the sites which comprise these phases are detailed in the attached site location document. * Lundy Close * Shoeburyness * MMC Please ensure that each report includes a cover sheet which highlights any significant concerns with regards to any potential development of the sites.
